Shipping and Delivery Policy

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. We offer free shipping on orders above a specified amount. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and external factors.

Refund and Returns
Duration

We offer 7 days hassle-free returns and exchange from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.

Reverse Pick-up Services

We offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

Conditions for Returns
  • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund will not be provided.
  • Refunds or bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website. Payments made with COD (Cash on Delivery) option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid, which can be used anytime.
  • Reward points or store credits are not refundable and are only redeemable on our store.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-returnable Items

To maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear (boxers, briefs, trunks).

Cancellations

Cancellations are possible only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. You may cancel your order within 1 – 2 business days of placing it..

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your bank account or original method of payment within 7 days. For COD orders, store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup to your registered email address/contact number.

Refunds for Free Product Deals

Items purchased during a Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or similar promotions with free products included will not be eligible for returns.

Self-shipping for Returns

If your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you will need to courier the product(s) to the following address: GEN Z CLOTHING

Ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount plus INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account for prepaid orders and in the form of store credit (gift card) for COD orders.

Note: Do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return as they are unreliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.

Terms and Conditions

  • Bank account details provided by the customer are final, and any error in the details provided is not the responsibility of the brand.
  • If you have received an SMS or email of order delivered status and have not received the package, please contact us within 24 hours.
  • The customer is obligated to take utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession. This includes keeping all product instructions, documents, and wrappings intact.
  • If the product does not conform to standards at delivery, promptly contact us via DM on Instagram: @genzclothingstore or on WhatsApp: +91 9407185560 within 1 day of receiving the products.

Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a refund (if any) via email within a reasonable period. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible, within 30 working days from the day we confirmed the entitlement to a refund.
